Overview

Mezzanines enable you to design elevated floor systems directly within your building while automatically considering structural layouts, engineering requirements and surrounding building features.

Designed specifically for the Australian shed industry, Quotec combines intelligent automation with flexible configuration to help you create practical, buildable mezzanine designs with significantly less manual work.

Unlike traditional drafting software, Quotec doesn't simply place a platform inside a building. It intelligently analyses the surrounding structure to produce layouts that integrate seamlessly with the overall building design.

Whether you're creating a simple storage platform or a complex commercial floor system, Quotec provides the flexibility to design with confidence while automating many of the repetitive structural decisions behind the scenes.

Rather than leaving these decisions to manual drafting, Quotec intelligently applies structural logic during placement to produce cleaner, more practical mezzanine layouts with less manual adjustment.

To achieve the best results, Quotec recommends completing the primary building layout before adding mezzanines.

This includes:

  • External walls

  • Roller doors

  • Personnel doors

Once these building elements have been configured, add the mezzanine and allow Quotec to intelligently position and integrate it within the structure.
